As a Lead Software Engineer on the Intelligent Routing Platform Team, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our current platform into a mission-critical Enterprise solution for self-service and agent platforms across various Lines of Business. Your daily responsibilities include leveraging TypeScript, Vue.js, Node.js, SQL, and AWS services such as ECS, EC2, Lambda, RDS, and PostgreSQL to build scalable and robust applications. You will also integrate cutting-edge GenAI Platform capabilities into our ecosystem, driving innovation and enhancing the intelligence of our platform solutions. This role requires a Master's Degree and at least 7 years of experience in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, or SQL, along with expertise in container orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
