You will lead full-stack development efforts to create robust cloud-based solutions using Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, AWS, and AI platforms, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence. Your role involves shaping product backlogs in collaboration with cross-functional teams and delivering early MVPs that drive impactful experiences for millions of users. With a Master's Degree and at least 7 years of experience in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python, you will contribute to the long-term stability and security of Capital One’s corporate functions by fostering architectural consistency and innovation across HR, Legal, Brand, and Global Workplace Services.

What we're looking for
