What you'll do

  • Build AI-integrated content generation pipelines with prompt management and output validation.
  • Develop channel-specific content builders with responsive rendering and preview capabilities.
  • Implement AI-assisted compliance review workflows to ensure regulatory standards are met.
  • Contribute to multi-agent orchestration systems for coordinating content compliance and dispatch.
  • Define guardrails for LLM outputs, including toxicity filters and brand voice enforcement.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in Java, Go, TypeScript/JavaScript or Node.js
  • Experience integrating LLMs, creating model APIs, prompt engineering or AI-augmented feature generation
  • Background in marketing technology, ESPs, campaign management, content personalization or digital marketing platforms
  • Proficiency in Python and using Open Source RDBMS and NoSQL databases
  • Expertise with Docker, Kubernetes and AWS tools and services
  • Ability to lead design of end-to-end AI-powered content generation features
