The ideal candidate has a Master’s Degree and over four years of experience in cloud-native architectures, CI/CD, and integrating LLM APIs into production environments.

What you'll do

Lead design and implementation of AI-native engineering harnesses using approved models and coding agents.
Build agentic workflow systems supporting planning, code generation, validation, and human checkpoints.
Define typed input/output contracts for auditable and repeatable agentic execution in workflows.
Develop trace capture and observability capabilities for AI-assisted engineering workflows.
Integrate evaluation results into CI/CD and release workflows with quality gates.
Build reusable APIs and developer tooling enabling consistent adoption of AI-native practices.

What we're looking for

4+ years of experience building production-grade applications using open-source frameworks.
3+ years of hands-on experience with cloud-native architectures and microservices on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
2+ years of expertise in CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and observability frameworks like OpenTelemetry.
1+ year of experience integrating LLM APIs and deploying AI-assisted developer tools into production workflows.
Experience building software evaluation frameworks and telemetry pipelines for enterprise use.
