What you'll do

Define and drive the architectural vision for large-scale C2 software systems.

Transition advanced algorithms from prototypes to deployed tactical code.
Make critical trade-offs between performance, modularity, testability, and maintainability.
Mentor senior engineers and set coding standards across the team.

What we're looking for

10+ years of software engineering experience with a relevant degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or related field.
Expert proficiency in modern C++ and Rust, including asynchronous/multithreaded programming.
Proven experience architecting large-scale, production-grade codebases in real-time environments.
Deep expertise in applied mathematics: probability theory, linear algebra, optimization, differential equations, and statistics.
Strong background in writing performant, real-time software with numerics-heavy algorithms.
Experience with CI/CD, unit testing, git version control, and microservices.
Secret security clearance required.
