Join our global Security Engineering Team as a Lead Security Engineer, where you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing security architecture to protect against evolving threats. You will lead the design and implementation of enterprise security solutions such as NGFW, WAF, IPS, and DoS mitigation platforms, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include defining standards, policies, and procedures for secure configuration and change management, collaborating with cross-functional teams on risk assessment, and presenting technical strategies to senior leadership. You will drive continuous improvement through automation and innovation while leading response efforts during high-impact security incidents. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in security engineering roles, expertise in Palo Alto NGFW, Cisco IPS, Radware DoS mitigation, Cloudflare WAF, and Cisco NAC, along with strong project management skills and the ability to communicate effectively under pressure. Preferred skills include Python, PowerShell, Terraform, SD-WAN, and various governance tools.
Lead the design and lifecycle management of enterprise security solutions like NGFW, WAF, IPS, and DoS platforms.
Architect scalable and resilient security infrastructure to meet business and regulatory needs.
Oversee onboarding of critical applications to security platforms, aligning with threat models and risk posture.
Define and evolve standards for secure configuration, change management, and incident response.
Drive continuous improvement through automation and adoption of emerging technologies in security.
Lead high-impact security incident responses and coordinate root cause analysis and remediation efforts.
What we're looking for
7+ years experience in security engineering, architecture, or infrastructure roles.
Expertise in NGFW (Palo Alto), IPS (Cisco/Palo Alto), WAF (Cloudflare/AWS Cloudfront), and DoS mitigation platforms.
Strong project management skills with ability to lead multiple initiatives while maintaining strategic focus.
Clear communicator capable of influencing decisions under pressure and prioritizing effectively.
