  • Lead and mentor a team of offshore iOS and Android developers to enhance application quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and enhancements for business-critical apps.
  • Write clean Swift code following best practices and architectural principles like MVVM and Clean Architecture.
  • Optimize app performance across various iOS devices and OS versions, ensuring speed and memory efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues related to application performance, crashes, and third-party integrations.
  • Stay updated with the latest iOS and Android ecosystem updates and industry best practices.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in iOS development with proficiency in Swift and SwiftUI.
  • Experience leading and mentoring a team of offshore developers for both iOS and Android applications.
  • Strong knowledge of iOS app lifecycle, memory management (ARC), and App Store provisioning.
  • Hands-on experience integrating backend services using RESTful APIs securely and efficiently.
  • Familiarity with Android ecosystem updates including Jetpack Compose and Kotlin Coroutines.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to deliver new features and enhancements.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills for effective team management.
