What you'll do

  • Lead data engineering solutions for Part D/PDP, designing and optimizing data movement and orchestration.
  • Design, build, maintain, and support the Databricks data analytics platform for performance optimization.

  • Create scalable data scale solutions at QCSA/Enterprise level to meet evolving business needs.
  • Develop modular, reusable code and tools while thoroughly testing and documenting all work.

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years of experience in data engineering with expertise in building scalable data pipelines and architectures.
  • Strong proficiency in Databricks, T-SQL, Python, PySpark, and pySQL for designing and implementing data solutions.
  • Extensive knowledge of star schema, snowflake schema, and data architecture principles to optimize data platforms.
  • Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop appropriate data movement and orchestration tools.
  • Experience in creating detailed technical documentation and presenting data/solutions to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to translate requirements between business and technical projects.
  • Expertise in thoroughly testing, documenting, and advocating best practices for code development.
