What you'll do

Design and implement GenAI-powered solutions to enhance iCloud services efficiency.
Build agentic systems using Claude, LLM frameworks, and skills-based models.
Develop AI-assisted workflows for capacity planning, anomaly detection, and forecasting.
Partner with SRE, infrastructure teams, and finance to identify and solve efficiency issues.
Create safe and observable agent workflows with human-in-the-loop validation controls.
Improve engineering decision-making by integrating LLM reasoning with operational data.
Drive adoption of AI-first practices that reduce toil and optimize cost structures.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in software engineering, infrastructure engineering, or large-scale cloud services environments
Proven experience designing and leading production GenAI systems including LLM application architecture
Hands-on expertise with agentic workflows, evaluation frameworks, observability, and failure handling
Demonstrated technical leadership across teams, influencing roadmaps and driving adoption of shared practices
Strong software development skills in Python or Java and understanding of cloud infrastructure operations
Ability to translate operational challenges into practical engineering solutions with measurable business impact
