What you'll do

Lead engineering delivery of agentic AI solutions across Salesforce, Slack, and third-party apps.
Design scalable enterprise AI architecture patterns including model routing and governance strategies.
Build retrieval augmented generation systems and semantic search pipelines for GTM workflows.
Mentor senior engineers, conduct code reviews, and enforce AI engineering standards.
Champion security-first practices in input validation, output sanitization, and prompt injection hardening.

What we're looking for

8+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 3 years in a lead or principal role.
Strong proficiency in Python and TypeScript/JavaScript for AI and integration development.
Hands-on production experience with agentic AI frameworks and enterprise AI applications.
Salesforce development expertise: Apex, LWC, REST/SOAP integrations, Platform Events, Agentforce.
Experience with cloud infrastructure, including AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI, CI/CD tooling, and DevOps practices.
Solid understanding of large language model limitations, token economics, and model selection trade-offs.
