What you'll do

Design and develop secure, scalable software solutions using Java, Spring Boot, AWS, and Kafka.

Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions ensuring high availability and maintainability.
Troubleshoot complex issues across applications, cloud infrastructure, and eventing platforms to ensure stability.
Identify opportunities to automate or reduce recurring issues to improve operational efficiency and stability.
Drive engineering best practices including CI/CD, automated testing, observability, secure coding, and production readiness.

What we're looking for

8+ years of experience with Java and Spring Boot.
Expertise in designing RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed backend services.
Proficient in AWS cloud technologies for application deployment and support.
Experience with Kafka or similar event-streaming platforms.
Strong background in developing secure production code and conducting code reviews.
