What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of experience supporting and administering SAP applications.
  • In-depth knowledge in OTC, Finance, and supply chain functional areas.
  • Strong hands-on experience with ITIL processes and incident management.
  • Experience managing vendor work orders, invoices, and performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Informatica, Tableau, or WebMethods tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for business impacts.
  • High judgment, negotiation, influencing, analytical, and leadership skills.
