What we're looking for
5 to 15 years of experience in IT and Information Security risk management.
Proven track record working in second-line risk management within a financial institution or technology company.
Deep understanding of IT Resilience, vulnerability management, and secure development practices.
Experience engaging with regulators on Security and IT risk management requirements for regulated institutions.
Ability to explain complex risks to technical and business stakeholders and recommend mitigations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for regulatory inquiries and stakeholder engagement.
Practical problem-solving capabilities and innovation in defining efficient processes.
