Integration Support Engineer 5 - Ads Aggregation

What you'll do

• Build deep expertise in Netflix Ads Stack to guide complex integrations efficiently.
• Drive end-to-end integration lifecycle, from implementation to validation, using internal systems.
• Serve as primary technical liaison for external partners, ensuring their needs are met internally.
• Provide hands-on support and monitor stability of mature product integrations post-launch.
• Manage critical incidents, coordinating communication between clients and internal teams during outages.
• Contribute to integration-specific codebase changes in collaboration with Software Engineering teams.

What we're looking for

• Deep experience in digital media or ad tech, including work with external partners across the advertising ecosystem.
• Proficiency in Java or Python and advanced SQL knowledge for hands-on technical tasks.
• Extensive API implementation, troubleshooting, and debugging experience using tools like curl or Postman.
• Deep understanding of at least one public cloud computing platform (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Ability to provide technical support, resolve blockers, and validate systems for successful integration launches.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into concrete technical plans and explain complex concepts to stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to advocate for partner needs internally.
