What you'll do

  • Learn and document specialized scientific equipment for support purposes.

  • Monitor and perform daily checks on all scientific alarm application builds.
  • Administer system configurations and user roles for secure access control.

What we're looking for

  • Experience supporting Windows, Mac OS, Linux, and Unix operating systems.
  • Installation and configuration of scientific computing devices and peripheral equipment.
  • Knowledge of laboratory sciences and familiarity with ServiceNow.
  • Ability to obtain OMB Public Trust clearance.
  • Understanding of IT technical areas including security, networking, hardware, storage, and applications.
