What we're looking for
Formal training or certification in infrastructure engineering with at least 6 years of professional experience.
Deep expertise in Windows Server operating systems from 2016 through 2025, including builds, performance tuning, and debugging.
Advanced knowledge of Windows Clustering, SQL Always On availability groups, Hyper-V virtualization, load balancing technologies, and patching strategies.
Strong proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell or Python for automation and integration.
Demonstrated experience with reliability engineering, scalability design, performance optimization, and security best practices.
