What you'll do

Actively manage the Assurance team’s queue to ensure prompt handling of requests.
Complete customer security reviews and assist team members as needed.
Help field personnel respond to complex customer security questions.
Proactively maintain and update the team’s knowledgebase.
Recommend process and tooling improvements to leadership.
Coordinate development of responses to high-profile supply chain events.
Serve as an internal subject matter expert on MongoDB product security.

What we're looking for

2 to 3 years of Information Security experience
BS in Computer Science or equivalent technical background
Familiarity with major security frameworks and regulations (ISO 27001, SOC2)
Basic understanding of public cloud technologies including IAM and encryption
Strong communication skills for presenting to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple urgent requests while collaborating across time zones
Self-motivated with a desire to become an authority on MongoDB security
