What you'll do

  • Establish and maintain complex operational software configuration controls for assigned systems.
  • Troubleshoot system anomalies to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Prepare and update authorization packages for information systems.
  • Conduct cybersecurity self-inspections and provide technical coordination on authorization packages.
  • Implement countermeasures to address identified vulnerabilities in information systems.
  • Perform Help Desk activities, including account management and troubleshooting.
  • Execute hardware/software system configuration, upgrades, and modifications.

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years of experience in IT/IA roles, preferably as a System or Network Administrator
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows Server, Exchange Server, and OS administration
  • Experience working within Special Access Programs (SAPs) for DoD agencies is desired
  • Must possess thorough understanding of LAN/WAN technologies, data backup systems, and communication security integration
  • IAT Level I or IAM Level I certification required within 6 months of hire
  • Ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph required
