What you'll do

  • Collect, review, and document audit evidence for risk management.
  • Develop and conduct training on continuity of operations and incident response.
  • Review Tenable scan results and Splunk reports to detect threats.

What we're looking for

  • Eight years of related experience in system administration, networking, or ISSO roles.
  • Knowledge and application of NIST SP-800-53 Rev. 4/5 for risk management and auditing.
  • Experience with AWS cloud security and compliance requirements.
  • CISSP, CISA, CISM, or equivalent cloud-based security certification preferred.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with EPA security policies and procedures beneficial but not required.
  • Masters or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
