What we're looking for
5+ years of experience in financial services, fintech, or technology firms.
Deep understanding of ERM frameworks, IT infrastructure, software, hardware, data flows, and operations.
Ability to assess risk impact and likelihood, define risk appetite, and develop mitigation strategies.
Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with industry regulatory standards (SOX, SOC2, ISO).
STEM degree preferably in computer science or IT, and experience in performing IT audits.
Strong communication skills for adapting messages to different stakeholders and audiences.
