Incident Detection & Response Product Manager (Hybrid)

What you'll do

• Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Security Monitoring Service.
• Conduct client research to identify unmet needs and opportunities for product enhancements.
• Develop and maintain a prioritized product roadmap translating client needs into requirements.
• Write detailed product requirements and acceptance criteria for new features and enhancements.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch performance monitoring.
• Define key performance indicators and analyze customer feedback to improve product continuously.
• Stay informed about latest threats, vulnerabilities, and security technologies to keep product relevant.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience in product management with a focus on security products or services.
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles and threat detection techniques.
• Familiarity with security monitoring tools such as SIEM, EDR, NDR, and threat intelligence platforms.
• Experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
• Certifications in ITIL, CISSP, GIAC, or CompTIA Security+.
• Experience working with enterprise security teams and understanding their operational challenges.
