What you'll do

Provide technical consultation during the design process for avionics tools projects.
Lead and engage with Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) teams, signing off on completions.
Mentor and guide the technical community in identifying and mitigating technical risks.
Disseminate lessons learned across engineering organizations to enhance overall performance.
Design and review software written in C# and Python for commercial and military programs.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Science, or Software Engineering required.
At least 8 years of software engineering experience.
Experience with C#, Python, and other programming languages.
Leadership skills for guiding technical teams and mentoring engineers.
Ability to manage complex issues and drive solutions independently.
Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
