HR Manager

What you'll do

• Implement and localize global HR programs to fit the Philippines context.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee grievances and conflicts.
• Ensure full compliance with all Philippines labor laws and employment requirements.
• Develop strong relationships with business clients and support managers in HR policies.
• Own Philippines HR operations including payroll, onboarding, and offboarding processes.

What we're looking for

• 5-8 years of progressive human resources experience in the Philippines.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Extensive knowledge and practical application of Philippines labor law and employment regulations.
• Proven experience handling employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and grievance management.
• Strong understanding of general HR practices across recruiting, operations, employee relations, and learning & development.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to identify gaps and build processes independently.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation abilities, and strong verbal/written communication in English.
