What you'll do

  • Monitor and fine-tune deployed AI models to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
  • Build robust data pipelines to ingest, transform, and store HR data from various sources.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • 6 years of professional experience in HR AI/ML or data engineering roles.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or AWS for AI and ML.
  • Strong programming skills in Python with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement end-to-end AI/ML solutions.
  • Knowledge of data governance principles and security best practices.
