What you'll do

  • Support development of Firm’s Budget and Compensation strategy through data analysis.
  • Monitor and maintain Tableau Dashboards for health, performance testing, and optimization.
  • Manage end-to-end data analytics and reporting for global Budget, Compensation processes.
  • Automate reports using tools like Alteryx, Excel, VBA, Tableau, Business Objects.
  • Enhance reports by identifying areas for automation and process improvement.

What we're looking for

  • Master’s degree in Business Analytics or related field with 2 years of experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 5 years.
  • Experience working in Human Resource, Human Capital, or Business Intelligence within a financial institution.
  • Proficient in mining and organizing large data sets (over 1 million rows) using CSV, Excel, Tableau, and Business Objects.
  • Conducted at least 5 levels of testing on new dashboard releases and enhancements to ensure data accuracy.
  • Expertise in creating custom variables, interactive views, and filtering in Tableau for complex reporting.
  • Advanced skills in Excel including vlookups, pivot tables with slicers, conditional formatting, IF statements, arrays, and data structuring.
  • Experience blending and transforming data using Alteryx for reporting and dashboarding.
