- Troubleshoot complex instrumentation and technical issues related to laboratory hardware and software.
- Design and implement training programs for laboratory personnel on equipment usage and safety.
- Collaborate with third-party suppliers/vendors to optimize laboratory technology solutions.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's Degree in a scientific or relevant technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in laboratory technology or instrumentation.
- Extensive experience configuring and troubleshooting lab hardware and instruments.
- In-depth knowledge of instrumentation software integration with lab databases and cloud systems.
- Experience with robotic systems, lab automation technologies, and GxP validation standards.
- Capability to design and implement training programs for laboratory personnel on equipment usage and safety.
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent team collaboration and communication abilities.
