What you'll do

Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies for new optical module transceiver products.
Investigate complex technical issues through root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
Build automation tools to enhance test efficiency and accelerate data analysis using AI methodologies.
Conduct lab operations with electrical and optical test equipment, including attenuators and oscilloscopes.
Characterize module low-speed IO and electrical timing using EEPROM programming and digital logic knowledge.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience or Master’s degree with 3+ years.
Experience with electrical and optical test equipment including attenuators, switches, I2C analyzers, digital multi-meters, traffic generators, oscilloscopes.
Proficiency in automation environments (Unix/Linux, Python) for enhancing test efficiency.
Knowledge of CMIS standards and familiarity with SFF, IEEE industry standards and MSA specifications.
Strong understanding of digital logic, EEPROM programming, and I2C interfaces.
