Experience with NPI processes, manufacturing, and continuous improvement is essential, as is a passion for perfection and innovation in fields like AI, deep learning, and robotics.

What you'll do

  • Lead go-to-market efforts for products throughout their lifecycle from ideation to sustaining.
  • Ensure product(s) meet schedule/scope/budget targets by proactively addressing risks and obstacles.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including hardware, software, marketing, and operations.
  • Communicate product status updates to internal teams, including executives.
  • Enhance product quality post-launch through customer feedback integration into the roadmap.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of hands-on hardware product development experience
  • Strong project management fundamentals and continuous improvement mindset
  • Experience in leading matrixed teams and influencing decisions in ambiguous environments
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities for internal stakeholders
  • Successfully delivered products from concept to launch, understanding NPI processes
