What we're looking for

  • 15+ years of experience in Big Four Audit/Accounting Firms or large banks with SOX, audit, risk and control expertise
  • BA/BS in Accounting/Finance/Risk and CPA/CA/ACA/ACCA/CIMA certification preferred
  • Deep understanding of US GAAP and application to business/products
  • Expertise in COSO framework and regulatory guidance from SEC, OCC, PCAOB, AICPA
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale complex programs/projects with risk mitigation strategies
  • Strong influencing skills, collaboration abilities, and communication for senior management presentations
  • Outstanding people leadership skills, adaptable and resilient professional capable of independent operation
