What we're looking for
15+ years experience in maintenance leadership roles, including global responsibility
Strong contractor performance management experience in various environments
Expertise in maintenance optimization, reliability principles, and regulatory compliance
Knowledge of EHS standards and manufacturing best practices
Exceptional leadership and change management skills for driving adoption of programs
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science field required
Up to 50% domestic and international travel expected
