Generative AI Chief Engineering Lead

What you'll do

• Design and implement novel agent-based software systems for autonomous vehicle perception, prediction, and decision-making.
• Apply advanced reinforcement learning strategies to develop intelligent autonomous system workflows.
• Integrate research prototypes into robust production-ready systems across simulation and real-world platforms.
• Conduct rigorous quantitative evaluations of AI models using real-world and synthetic data.
• Develop scalable training pipelines on distributed systems to enhance model robustness and generalization.

What we're looking for

• Extensive experience in reinforcement learning and its application to autonomous systems.
• Deep understanding of large language models (LLMs) and their practical applications.
• Proven track record of shipping end-to-end products in software development.
• Degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Top Secret security clearance required for the position.
• Experience with deep learning research, especially in generative AI techniques.
