GenAI Research Engineer

What you'll do

• Develop and enhance generative AI systems for health applications throughout the development lifecycle.
• Design and execute ML experiments to deliver quantifiable quality enhancements.
• Create and validate evaluation frameworks, including automated assessment tools and benchmarks.
• Analyze model behavior using statistical methods and identify failure modes through adversarial testing.
• Construct scalable pipelines for inference, training, and evaluation integrated with large data workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure real-world applicability of health features.

What we're looking for

• At least 10 years of industry experience in relevant fields.
• Proficiency in Python for developing clean, efficient code.
• Expertise in crafting and evaluating machine learning solutions for user applications.
• Ability to apply scientific methods to drive ML innovation through experimentation.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI domains like large language models and natural language understanding.
• Experience developing complex generative AI systems using post-training techniques.
• Knowledge of health informatics and complex health data sources.
