Gen AI-ML Engineer, AVP

What you'll do

• Design and implement GenAI solutions for financial applications like personalized recommendations and risk assessment.
• Develop intelligent chatbots using advanced AI techniques.
• Process and analyze large datasets of structured and unstructured financial data.
• Architect and implement efficient RAG pipelines with tools like LlamaIndex and LangChain.
• Test, evaluate, and refine the performance of LLMs and other GenAI models.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy and maintain GenAI models in production environments.
• Stay updated on advancements in Agentic AI and related GenAI research.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development with a focus on GenAI applications.
• Expert Python programming skills and proficiency with Transformers, LangChain, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Flask/Django, LlamaIndex.
• Deep understanding of advanced GenAI models like transformers, LLMs (e.g., GPT-4), and RAG pipelines.
• Experience in prompt engineering, fine-tuning LLMs, and evaluating model performance.
• Strong software engineering skills including containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure management.
