Gen AI Engineering Senior Director

What you'll do

• Lead the vision and architecture for enterprise AI platforms including GenAI and LLM integration.
• Own cloud-native platform design ensuring scalability, reliability, and cost optimization on Azure and AWS.
• Oversee MLOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and model lifecycle governance.
• Ensure alignment with security, data privacy, compliance, and Responsible AI standards.
• Provide technical leadership and develop engineering managers to establish governance models.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration for secure and scalable AI adoption across the enterprise.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of software engineering experience in platform or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years managing engineering teams with oversight of managers and senior staff.
• Proven track record designing and delivering large-scale, distributed systems on Azure/AWS.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts including LLMs, RAG architectures, and GenAI integration.
• Experience implementing enterprise-grade security, compliance, and data governance frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior technology and business leadership.
