Join Stripe's Marketing team as a Forward Deployed AI Accelerator (FDA), a senior-level position embedded with approximately 20 marketers to drive AI adoption and workflow transformation. You will build custom tools, coach marketers through the integration of AI into their daily tasks, and document your successes for scalability across the organization. Ideal candidates are deep AI practitioners with hands-on experience in building transformative AI solutions, strong coaching skills, and a background in marketing or related fields. Proficiency in AI development platforms like Claude Code and Codex, as well as familiarity with marketing technology stacks such as Marketo and Salesforce, is preferred. This role requires adaptability to ambiguity and the ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously.
Identify and document high-leverage workflow transformations within assigned marketing groups.
Build custom AI tools, agents, and automations tailored to each marketer's specific responsibilities.
Coach marketers through a progressive journey from awareness to full workflow transformation with AI.
Teach marketers to build and iterate on their own AI tools for long-term independence.
Recognize patterns across cohorts and scale successful AI solutions systematically.
Track individual and cohort progress against defined maturity models rigorously.
What we're looking for
5+ years of professional experience in roles requiring analytical thinking and cross-functional collaboration.
Hands-on experience building AI-powered tools that transformed real work processes.
Track record of successfully coaching others to change how they work using AI.
Strong communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Comfortable working across multiple simultaneous projects and relationships.
Experience in marketing or closely related functions preferred.
