We are seeking a Senior Forward Deploy Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative team in Irving, Texas. Additionally, a deep understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure is essential. This position plays a crucial role in supporting our mission to deliver robust and reliable software solutions at scale for diverse business needs.

What you'll do

Design and implement advanced network solutions for customer sites.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues in real-time deployment environments.
Configure and optimize hardware and software systems for peak performance.
Develop detailed documentation for system configurations and maintenance procedures.
Conduct training sessions for clients on new technology implementations.

What we're looking for

Must have at least 3 years of experience in network engineering or a related field.
Proficient in designing and implementing secure network architectures.
Experience with SD-WAN technologies and network automation tools required.
Strong understanding of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF) and firewall configurations.
Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues across multiple platforms.
CCNP or equivalent certification preferred; CCIE a plus.
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
