  • Negotiate commercial terms with vendors to optimize execution quality and cost.

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years of fixed income trading operations experience in brokerage or wealth management.
  • Deep knowledge of Treasuries, corporates, municipals, agencies, MBS, and ABS products.
  • FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses required; Series 52 preferred for compliance roles.
  • Expertise in the fixed income trade lifecycle from execution to settlement.
  • Strong proficiency with trading platforms, dealer networks, OMS/EMS systems, and electronic protocols.
  • Proven ability to integrate and manage fixed income data feeds and pricing services.
  • Experience mentoring junior staff and leading process improvements in dynamic environments.
