What we're looking for
- 6+ years of experience in cloud-native or SaaS environments at the intersection of engineering and finance.
- Proven track record of influencing engineering decisions on cloud infrastructure, data platforms, AI/ML workloads, and SaaS spend.
- Strong foundation in cost analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and variance management with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience building high-quality dashboards and BI artifacts for both engineers and executives.
- Demonstrated success in driving adoption of FinOps practices and embedding cost awareness into engineering workflows.
- Familiarity with FinOps principles such as shared ownership, showback/chargeback models, unit economics, and optimization strategies.
