What we're looking for

7+ years experience shipping production web applications with end-to-end technical ownership.
Proficient in Python, FastAPI/Django for backend engineering, and React/TypeScript for frontend development.
Expertise in relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Enterprise Data Warehouses (Snowflake).
Deep knowledge of modern software development lifecycle, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
Strong Kubernetes and cloud platform experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure) in production environments.
Understanding of SOX compliance and regulatory frameworks specific to Finance organizations.
