What you'll do

  • Lead and execute defined workstreams within global Facilities initiatives.
  • Implement reliability best practices such as PM & Spare Parts Optimization at key locations.
  • Plan and support software system deployments, including training and site rollout.
  • Develop and implement standard facilities processes aligned with operational needs.
  • Measure and track performance metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field with 2+ years of experience
  • Experience implementing Maintenance Excellence & Reliability strategies and best practices
  • Ability to lead software system deployments, such as CMMS/CAMS systems
  • Knowledge of maintenance performance metrics (MTTR, MTBF) and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Practical understanding of regulatory requirements in manufacturing environments
  • Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification preferred
  • Experience developing and optimizing asset management standards and processes
