What you'll do

  • Develop and mentor engineering leaders to foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

What we're looking for

  • Over 10 years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or AI/ML development.
  • At least 5 years of senior leadership experience in engineering roles.
  • Hands-on expertise in delivering large-scale enterprise AI systems.
  • Deep understanding of modern engineering practices including cloud-native architectures and SRE principles.
  • Strong ability to influence stakeholders and partner with Data Science and Product teams.
  • Proven track record in building and growing high-performing engineering cultures.
