What you'll do

Design and deploy enterprise-grade Aruba wireless LAN solutions across various locations.
Lead RF design, capacity planning, and coverage optimization for large-scale networks.
Engineer and maintain Aruba ClearPass solutions for secure authentication and guest access.
Troubleshoot complex wireless issues involving RF interference, roaming behavior, and performance degradation.
Develop and maintain wireless standards and best practices for enterprise deployments.
Partner with automation teams to ensure wireless designs are network-as-code compliant.

What we're looking for

Expertise in designing and deploying enterprise wireless networks, especially Aruba platforms.
Deep hands-on experience with Aruba ClearPass for authentication, authorization, and guest access.
Proven ability to design internet offload architectures and manage large-scale deployments.
Strong understanding of 802.11 standards, RF principles, roaming behavior, and wireless security.
Experience troubleshooting complex wireless issues in enterprise environments.
Familiarity with Agile delivery models for network initiatives and collaboration with automation teams.
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
