What you'll do

  • Develop new algorithms for personalization, search, and recommender systems using machine learning techniques.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of program management experience in software development
  • Proven track record working on Trust and Safety or legal/regulatory initiatives
  • Experience leading product launches across multiple departments and stakeholders
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing
  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
