What you'll do

Lead the growth of a new Atlas Clusters Modernization team in Dublin.
Contribute to the design, architecture, and code development of systems.
Enable provisioning, updating, and maintenance of MongoDB Atlas clusters.
Incorporate new cloud provider capabilities into MongoDB Atlas offerings.
Ensure hardware and operating system upgrades for Atlas clusters.
Expand MongoDB Atlas into new cloud provider regions globally.

What we're looking for

At least 6 years of professional software development experience
At least 3 years of people management experience leading engineering teams
Experience building and maintaining large scale systems
Ability to contribute to code, design, and architecture of systems
Familiarity with cloud provider capabilities and global distribution strategies
Willingness to work in Dublin on a hybrid model
Experience supporting customers during escalations and participating in on-call rotations
