What you'll do

• Applies entry-level engineering knowledge to solve well-defined problems with guidance.
• Coordinates work activities for routine engineering tasks under supervision.
• Prepares cost estimates and monitors project status using scheduling techniques.
• Actively seeks information on technical problems and presents new ideas.
• Assists in preparing reports and communicates effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Begins networking with peers to share information and encourage cooperation.
• Demonstrates decision-making skills for routine decisions under higher-level guidance.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• Passing the Fundamentals of Engineering examination for future PE licensing.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and efficiently organize tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear idea presentation.
• Immediate knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including complex spreadsheet development.
• Capacity to work independently under general supervision with minimal guidance.
• Ability to perform light physical duties in various conditions at multiple sites.
