As an ECAD Tools Application Engineer at Amazon Leo, you will join a dedicated team supporting the tools and infrastructure for Electrical Engineering, PCB Design, Library Management, and integration with Enterprise systems. Your primary responsibilities include providing stable ECAD tools and database management, anticipating tool needs, and developing processes to ensure rapid development of low Earth orbit satellites. You will work closely with users to resolve issues, create proposals for future infrastructure needs, automate processes, and research new technologies to enhance productivity. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering and at least 3 years of experience as an Application Engineer for CAD tools like Mentor Xpedition or Cadence Allegro. Strong skills in programming/scripting languages such as Batch, VB, PowerShell, Java, C#, Chef, Perl, Ruby, PHP, and Linux server management are essential. Experience with AWS, PLM systems, and user management technologies like LDAP and SAML is preferred.

What we're looking for
