What we're looking for
- Over 20 years of semiconductor/memory technology development or NPI program management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
- Deep knowledge of DRAM/memory industry including roadmaps, supplier landscape, and manufacturing processes
- Experience with memory qualification methodologies and failure analysis techniques
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills to drive consensus and resolve critical issues
- Ability to synthesize complex engineering data into clear narratives for executive audiences
- Proven experience in managing high volume silicon manufacturing processes across NPI lifecycle
