What you'll do

What we're looking for

  • Over 20 years of experience in semiconductor/memory technology development or NPI program management
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • Deep knowledge of DRAM/memory industry including roadmaps, supplier landscape, manufacturing processes, and JEDEC standards
  • Experience with memory qualification methodologies and failure analysis techniques
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills to drive consensus and resolve critical problems under pressure
  • Ability to synthesize complex engineering data into clear, actionable messaging for executive audiences
  • Proven experience in managing high volume silicon manufacturing processes across the NPI lifecycle
