What you'll do

• Define long-term architecture for Walmart’s unified omni-channel Ad Experiences platform.
• Lead design of highly performant client-side rendering systems and SDKs for billions of ad requests annually.
• Architect cross-platform monetization frameworks enabling reusable capabilities across all shopper surfaces.
• Drive evolution of first-party client rendering and measurement ecosystem, reducing dependency on third-party infrastructure.
• Shape unified video monetization architecture including SSAI, HLS ad stitching, quartile tracking, and playback resiliency.

What we're looking for

• 12+ years of experience in building large-scale distributed systems or client platforms.
• Proven technical leadership across multiple organizations or product domains.
• Deep expertise in AdTech, video platforms, distributed systems, SDK architecture, rendering engines, experimentation systems, or large-scale client applications.
• Hands-on engineering skills with the ability to work at both strategic and implementation levels.
• Experience architecting highly performant systems under strict latency, scale, and reliability constraints.
• Strong communication skills for influencing senior technical and executive stakeholders.
