What you'll do

  • Build and deploy end-to-end ML systems including data pipelines, feature stores, model training, serving layers, monitoring, and feedback loops.
  • Lead advanced development in agentic AI, reinforcement learning, and simulation to provide technical vision for next-generation AI platforms.
  • Design and implement large-scale autonomous AI agents using LangChain, Pydantic AI, and RAG patterns for enterprise applications.
  • Establish best practices for model validation, experimentation, and safe deployment of AI systems across multiple cloud environments.
  • Mentor senior scientists and engineers on advanced modeling techniques, feature engineering, and experimental design to elevate team expertise.

What we're looking for

  • Extensive experience in building and deploying end-to-end ML/AI systems at scale.
  • Deep expertise in advanced AI techniques including agentic AI, reinforcement learning, and simulation.
  • Hands-on experience with NLP, computer vision, time series forecasting, and multi-agent AI systems.
  • Proficiency in multiple cloud platforms (AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI) for production ML deployments.
  • Strong background in statistical analysis, experiment design, and causal inference.
  • Ability to mentor senior talent and influence long-term technical strategy.
